To ease cleanup, the Advance Tabco TTF-243 work table has a 1¹⁄₂-inch backsplash that catches waste before it slides off. Staff members can raise or lower the shelf with the leg collars without needing a wrench or screwdriver. Both the top and the undershelf are made of 18-gauge stainless steel, which is thinner and cheaper than gauges with a lower number.
