Lodge BW9PIEA1 Description

Traditionally sized for store-bought and homemade crusts, the Lodge BW9PIEA1 pie pan has a 9¹⁄₂-inch interior diameter. It works well with standard pies, focaccia bread, and quiches. The cast iron construction resists denting and warping at high temperatures, while its heaviness promotes even baking with excellent heat retention. Pre-seasoned and heat treated, the material is nonstick and more rust resistant than standard cast iron. For a safe, comfortable grip, the sides have molded-in handles with silicone grips.
